Do you have what we are looking for?
- Must be flexible and able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
- Excellent spelling and grammar.

Responsibilities and Duties:
What our agents do:
- Greeting callers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Establishing a reason for the call.
- Gathering information from the caller and taking an accurate message.
- Resolving issues by contacting the appropriate person to help the caller.

Daisy
Supervisor
- Daisy is a well trained member of our staff but often works remotely from home.
- She will however routinely check in on us at the office when morale is low.
- Her primary background is in customer service which is one of her main responsibilities at the office.
- She is a strict supervisor, but more lenient towards those who give her belly rubs.
- She loves treats, long walks, and swimming.
